Omega 196.0122 runs slow

I just got a nice condition 196.0122 Quartz watch. It should have the 1370 movement.

Now I find it runs slow, it lost 12 seconds in the past 5 hours. Can anyone point me in the right direction? The second hand ticks away nicely, but it loses time.

The 1370 is a rarer caliber, as I found out. Will it run slow when the battery reaches EOL or will the second hand start moving every 4 seconds?
