My AD in Winchester just called to ask if I still wanted the 60th Speedy allocated to me. Apparently their allocation for two stores has been cut from four to two and the store in Kent already has a buyer for theirs and wanted the Winchester shop one as well as they have a number of clients after one. Needless to say my reaction was 'it's mine!'. I now have to pay a deposit of £1000 by Friday to confirm my order, still better than the good old USA! The price has increased from first quoted, I guess due to the pound being worth so much less now. It is now £5625 which from the charts put together in an earlier post is still pretty good. This price is firm. They are still saying delivery will be the end of June.

Is that the confirmed price now? as the OBs have not been able to give any firm pricing to date

In Paris a had a firm price. 6.7k€ with VAT( 5583€ without)
On a quick conversion that is not much different to the UK price.

Seems like they have realigned the disparity between £ and the other currencies but £5625 is still higher than expected.

Maybe in France they will change later, but when I bought the silver snoopy, I made my reservation on a 5800€ and when I went get it, they told me the price had changed to 6000, but they would keep the initial price for me...
Maybe same politics on this trilogy

I reserved the LE Speedmaster in Switzerland, 2 days after it was presented in Basel. I was the first one. They did not ask for any advance payment, I am a client there. Price 7.200 CHF, including VAT.
I insisted to make a downpayment of 1.000 CHF.
A few days ago I called. They will receive 3 watches of each limited edition (I forgot to ask about the Trilogy package). All 9 watches have been sold. Mine is guaranteed. They say that delivery could be June, but they tell me that it could also be later.
Happy anyway.

That's what they told me £5625 is firm.

Interesting. I ordered mine a few days after announcement from an AD. My invoice is for £5360.

Could the price increase so much from what was quoted as the price when one put a deposit down? Seems, hum, what is the word I am looking for,....yes that is it : wrong.
So because now that we know there is demand we can increase by 500 1000 pounds just for the hell of it.

That is about the price I was quoted originally, I do not have any paperwork, all done face to face or on the phone. Is your invoice recent or from when you ordered? I would like to know because I am going to my AD to Friday to pay £1k deposit.
Looking at the posts above it looks like the price has also increased in France and Switzerland from the prices shown in the table produced earlier in this thread.
Does anyone else have up to date information on the UK price?

The price I was quoted a few days ago for the Seamaster 300 in Switzerland was 7000CHF, which is consistent with the original price listed at the time of the Basel announcement of 6500CHF, 8% tax excluded.

From when I ordered on the 30th of March.
That's the same time I ordered and I was told £5300 then. Perhaps if you don't mind you might let me know if your price is still the same now?

I haven't been advised of any change and the last time I was in contact was on the 28th of April.

For the record, I paid a £500 deposit when I placed the order. I'll pay the remainder when the exchange rate firms, which doesn't look like it will anytime soon unless there is a surprise in your general election or in the Brexit situation.
