omega 14k, 1944 calibre 27-c12 t2pc. info needed please

hello all. i recently obtain a 14k gold omega watch. cal 27 c12, case ref 10716765 , that shows wear. i was wondering if it is worth restoring. as you can see from the photos , its not perfect , the movement is running well,and keeping good time. but the chrono,s appear to be broken. plus there,s damage to the dial.. would this watch have been made for the french market. as it,s one that i have never seen before. please note that the photos are not sharp, due to the bad lighting as its raining and overcast... any info would help. . thanks again to all......
