looking for a new acrylic glass (original with omega symbol in middle) and gaskets. I'm also looking for a nice strap to match this watch (18mm) and also looking for an original vintage buckle to match this watch. Any idea where to source original parts? new to the hobby...

Did you try polishing the plexi?

no, I was worried I might make things worse. I really don't wanna ruin the omega symbol on the glass.

Using your reference number, you should be able to find the part number for the crystal at following link, but as @Mark020 mentioned, you could probably clean it up well by polishing this some Polywatch. I don’t think you’d be likely to affect the Omega logo by polishing. Otherwise, you might be able to find a crystal on ebay.

As far as buckles, below is a very comprehensive thread that can help you find an authentic buckle for your watch. There are a ton of fakes on ebay and elsewhere, so be sure to do your research before making a purchase.

I believe the Omega logo is on the underneath side of the acrylic...errr....Hestalite. No worries with some polywatch. Have fun!

Polywatch on a cotton ball and lots of elbow grease can do wonders (takes a few minutes). Deeper scratches can br taken out with a light wet sand (which takes a little more skill). The logo is underneath the crystal so no risk of buffing it off.
These watches also look smart on the factory 5-row beads of rice bracelet if you want a sportier look.

I've been looking for those bracelets but they are out of my price range. so I settled on a regular blue leather strap.

Blue leather will look lovely with the dial color. We will need wrist pics of course 🍿
