Hi guys, could anyone tell me if these hands are correct for this watch? They seem a bit short to me but I'm probably wrong! TIA

Not only are the hands too short, the dial has been horribly refinished.

Hands are wrong but maybe the dial is one of Omega's late 70's cost drop dials?

Cost drop dial? Was this the equivalent of a service dial or just a late version before they moved onto another design?
