Hi all, just thought I'd share my excitement. Just picked up my first Omega watch...Planet Ocean Chrono (See the attached photo) Now that I'm addicted I need to start thinking what model to purchase next and the new Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon has grabbed my attention thus far. Would like to get some feedback on any thoughts anyone may have on this particular new Speedmaster model.

Anyway congrats for your first Omega watch. Dark Side of the Moon would be great next choice, although you should check Basel 2014 new launches that would be available in fall/winter before make final decision:

Hi thanks for that and that's a nice looking Speedy, do you know what movement it has and a rough price tag? I have re-posted a photo but not sure if you can view it. Must say this website isn't user friendly on the iPhone. Appreciate your reply.

The Speedy light side of the moon is using similar Caliber 9300 as dark side of the moon. Speedy pro Apollo XI 45th got Cal 1861/3 and SM 300 master coaxial will get the anti magnetic Cal 8400/8401.
I have no clue about the pricing....... yet
