Hi everyone just wondering if anyone can help identify this watch. It was purchased off the family of long running jewellery store, I purchased off the current owner who’s father in law ordered the watch new in the late 60s when they retailed omega.

From what I can gather it seems to be an off catalog model.

18k solid gold case and dial, hand engraved dial. Very unusual. 23x43mm

Any opinions are welcome

Cheers!

Interesting dial.

The reference 111.086 doesn't accord with the Omega Vintage Database, but that's not unusual as there are a few errors there.

The dial is marked OM (Or Massif) indicating solid gold. The 18k gold case was made for Omega by Weber & Cie SA, Les Acacias, Genève.

The movement serial of the caliber 620 movement dates to about 1969/1970 and the watch may have been assembled a bit later, 1971 or so.
