·This is used to test the coaxial hemming. The wheel will contact the balance rim and by turning the kno hou can turn the balance wheel very controlled and check when the varius pallets will lock or release the teeth of the coaxial (escape wheel) wheel. High end tool for omega certified watchmakers.
