Any idea how many produced from this until now by Omega ? My guess is at least 5000.

Hard to believe, but it is here, man is the strap stiff!
Congrats, wear it well. Ditch that strap, it's just the wrong strap for that watch, imo. Much better options available either in textile or in bracelet form.

Agree the oem strap is super stiff at first but the strap colour just complements the blue and silver dial so well.

I bought one from Artem that I hope is a good blue match, the OB said they could order me a second one and could beat this one with a hammer or something to soften it up?

Hmm.

I'd make sure they remove the watch first...

I own and really like the Artem straps -- they can also be stiff at first but break in nicely. A still less expensive but well-made option are the Crafter Blue FKM straps.

My guess:
Number of OB in the world (60?) x
40 deliveries per year x
years in production (already almost 2,5)
= 6000
And another 6000 to come.

Better to hammer then!

Who knows, they really screwed the pooch with this release, no communication for 2.5 years, really, crickets?

Has anyone received one from the OB in Leeds, UK yet?
I'm apparently top 5 on their list but they wont tell me how many they've received so far...

Why do they feel so uncomfortable to give us some information about how many they receive and our position in the list. Those are simple questions and letting us without answers brings even more frustration

Because Omega wants to call the shots and control the situation. Information is power. The customer is not the prime focus here, the image and profitability of Omega is. They do the same with the 321 Ed White and other desirable models. And Swatch does it with the MoonSwatch. It's the new corporate direction, make the customer feel lucky that he was allowed to purchase a particular watch.

Sounds correct, i revise my estimation to 10000. Pretty high for an anniversary model, good for the folks who unable to buy direct from the boutique.

Congratulations. I'm glad to see your Snoopy arrived. See my post above. Looks like we had a very similar experience.

I won't be trying my luck again with Omega.

Did the OB tell you how long the wait would be? 😉 "Don't call us, we'll call you."

40 per year flat on all OB's is pretty high, the very few of biggest OB's in major cities might get that but the rest not even close to that. There is only one OB in the country I got my Snoopy from and he has been an Omega OB for at least 40 years, he swore he only gets 3 to 4 per year, he is in fact the OB for Patek for over 50 years as well and says he gets more Nautilus than the Snoopy.

Yep. My OB in NYC (Manhattan) gets 10-20 per year, so I imagine that’s the most any OB would get. So by that math and 60 OBs (?) it’s maybe 10 x 60 x 2.5yrs = ~ 1,500 Snoopys so far

Note I’m putting a range. I have the exact number but would rather not put it here
