It's an OB in big city. The problem is that even the salesperson is not able to give clear information when I talk about the list and the way they allocate it, it's really frustrating. I just know that they received in 2022 between 1 to 3 Snoopys per month.
It's thanks to information here and on Reddit that I can guess at one moment people who are waiting will have to buy it on grey if they want it at reasonable price before it moons if they stop for the 55th

Gotcha. Guess it depends on how much your will to spend on grey or take the risk of waiting it out. Grey has gone down a good amount since the 30k+ times. Not sure how much more it'll go though.

I reckon now is as good as time as any for a GM purchase of the Snoopy. Don't see it really going down much, and will def spike as soon as they pull the plug.

Having said that, there are too many watches I'd prefer over the Snoopy at even the current grey prices.

I was offered a BNIB Snoopy last month for $19k net by a seller here on OF, that's obviously well over Retail price of about $11k with taxes in the US, but they seem to be coming more available. I passed because it just isn't something I'm interested in, but if it was something I would have liked I would have paid the money and had it on my wrist within the week. I would be annoyed if I had paid in full at an OB back in 2020 and still not have the watch 2+ years later and with no delivery date in sight. Everybody's tolerance for pain and price is different, some won't pay a dime over retail, some don't like to wait years for a product in a game playing episode, it's all personal choice.

Haven't been on here for a while, put my 20% deposit down with a UK Boutique within a day of the announcement in 2020, they have emailed me roughly every quarter with an update, I emailed them last week and they replied to say based on were I am on their list I should receive mine by the end of the summer as they are receiving them more regularly now, they have always stated in their emails the cost will be the original RRP so hoping they honour their word although I appreciate the delays are beyond their control but would like to think Omega will honour the cost of the watch to the Boutique for this reason, will be putting a 3861 bracelet onto it right away though as it just suits it perfectly .

I was on a (non-deposit) wait list at an OB here in the US. I pinged my sales guy a few months ago and he told me that the store had closed. So, it wasn't like I had my hopes up or anything, but now it's zero. I'll just have to "settle" for my 3592 😀

Finally received mine on Friday St Patty’s Day from my local AD, they had me down since it’s initial launch 2020. Guess it was the luck of the Irish that day.

I’m still on the list after 2 years. Popping into my OB this weekend to ask what the situation is.

Does anyone know how long these watches will be made for before production is discontinued?

Nothing official, could be anytime, but one would guess probably before the next anniversary, 55th or 60th, or maybe if they hit a target sale figure, 5k, 10, 20k? no one really knows.

I got a delugs strap. All of their 20mm straps tapers to 16mm, so it a perfect substitute.
Thanks for the rec. I just ordered a Navy Epsom from them.. the lagoon blue alligator looks like it would work well but it's not my style.

May I ask a few of the owners to confirm when their minute hand on the sub-dial ticks? My chrono minute hand advances at 59.5 seconds elapsed. I have another 3861 that does it exactly at 60.

Wondering if its worth taking it in to get adjusted.

Not a Snoopy but my 3861 starts at 58 and finishes at 59. There are other threads here on it. Seems rather common and as I understand it normal.

My Beagle has landed

Same experience as secretagent. My Snoopy arrived today after 2 1/2 year wait. Same OB, same lack of communication, same additional final payment of $400. No Snoopy stuffed animal. Only difference, I had requested the Tuesday delivery instead of Saturday.

I hope yours arrives soon, secretagent. The same for all others still waiting for the call.
