20k isn’t unlimited. Like everything this is world wide. So many times do people bang on about certain things like full deposits that isn’t a world wide condition.
They sold 2012 Speedy Tuesdays in 4 hours online.

Do you want me to believe they are only making 5000 of these like quoted below

My guess is 20k and yes it’s a guess. These were blow Omega out of the water thinking 10k was enough and then the CEO mentioned he would produce for several years to try and get the 20k ordered people a watch.
This is good enough for me to guess 20k
Wouldn't surprise me at 20k. With how things have been going they will take their sweet time to deliver. Keep the secondary market up to keep hype up for any future LE/LP models. What are the odds there are people who are more likely to put a deposit down on the next LE/LP reference based on what happened with Snoopy this time around? It sucks for those who want to get and enjoy the watch, but at the same time I can't fault Omega for their "marketing tactic" with this release. Don't think any of us expected to see this coming.

Supposedly only 10 delivered in all of Canada so far, all to the only OB we have in Vancouver. I'm on a list with a local AD, so can't wait to see it in 2045... or is that wishful thinking for us Canadians? 😗

Heard similar things via my AD here in Canada -- as of a month or so ago, no Snoopys had appeared at an AD (he is one of the top 3 Omega ADs in the country). Maybe the rush is on now, and it will turn out to be A Very Snoopy Holiday...

I remember when the initial info sheet was released that there was a ton of talk about how it’s not limited edition/not numbered. It specifically said limited production model. They removed that language from the description at some point and now it’s just says non-limited. That’s purposely vague. We will have to see how things go, but as seen by the watch industry as a whole, having a super hot, hard to get watch drives up demand on the whole brand.

Also, CEO statements mean nothing to me IMO. So easy just to say that in a non-legally binding interview.

I can't understand the difference in allocations between countries.

Are there any difference between OB and Swatch Group OB?

Lets hope... there are 3 people with deposits at my AD waiting and I'm probably #30 or 40 on the list 🤔 doubt anyone on the list would pass on it, so for now we wait until our time...

#30 or #40 with a deposit down?

If youre in the US, and don’t have a deposit down, I think there’s become general consensus from OBs/ADs that it’s not coming

reports/assertions that Omega’s going to flog the numbers of this watch I think are *wildly* optimistic

Especially since we know US OB's returned deposits to customers. Returning deposits doesn't sound like Omega really wants to run 4k units a year over a 5 year period.

No deposit, only first 3 customers have deposits and none delivered to ADs supposedly in Canada as I mentioned. Maybe one day in 2045 I get the call 😗

One month from now and we will have an idea of how things are going in 2022 for the US market and a better sense of the deliveries in general.
Stay strong 😉

Been following this thread for a while..
Spoke to my AD Manager (Canada) last weekend and was told Feb / March for delivery. When placed deposit in 2020 and was told there are a few customers ahead of me.

Doubting the delivery timeline communicated. But we will see.

I'm another Canadian here and have a deposit from day 1 at my AD. I was told same thing the first ones will be coming in March, April but not holding my breath. Canada isn't like the US when it comes to OBs as there is only here in Vancouver and Toronto is a massive market in North America so not having a OB might makes things different for distribution.

Also hearing that the AD I have my deposit with has over 80 deposits taken, which makes me wonder what is really going on. But they keep saying anyone with a deposit down is getting a Snoopy for sure again I'm not buying it.

Similar to what I was told. I do think that 2 years is getting on a bit for keeping deposits. If we were reading posts for years after a micro or smaller brand started taking deposits for watches it might ship 24 - 36 months from then, there would be forum firestorms. But such is life in the days of “OMG I FINALLY GOT THE CALL FROM MY AD!!!!”
