This is not meant to frustrate those who are waiting for their Snoopy but just to say that some of us who have been fortunate enough to have received our Snoopy not all of us are flippers. Not only that, I don’t lock it away never to see the light of day. I am currently at work and happily wearing it (to be fair in rotation with others in my collection).
Congrats Ck375, glad to see it being enjoyed. Wear it in good health. I think the number that are being flipped is relatively low. It will be impossible for Omega to completely prevent flipping, but the strategy of selling early watches through their own boutiques to customers that have a history is likely to help reduce it. I think it both rewards loyal customers who collect speedys and it reduces speculators, Between the camp of “this is easy to get, there will be one for everyone” .. and this will be Rolex VIP style.. I think the answer is probably somewhere in the middle.... early watches are going to long standing customers of the brand and I see nothing wrong with it.
And some who are not “flippers” may simply decide the watch in metal isn’t what they want. After waiting a year for the cal.321B and being trepidatious about the sapphire before seeing it in metal, I wondered about the scenario where I decided to not keep it. I wouldn’t refuse uplift.
I fully understand that once some receive the watch they decide it isn’t for them, but then, in my opinion, they shouldn’t sell it on for an extortionate mark up. I guess that’s one of the downsides of living in a “free” society (though am sure the seller will have a different viewpoint)

Awesome nick - love the video too. You make a really good point about snoopy not dominating the dial. It’s a very similar case with the Apollo 11. Pics say it does, but in real life you don’t often notice. anyway - fantastic, and enjoy the new watch.
Does the bracelet on the new moon watch fit the snoopy? I asked my AD but they haven't received either of the watches yet. I suspect it may so will want to order one when my snoopy arrives.
My OB answered that one a few weeks back. In short it fits but in their words, not perfectly because of the case height difference.
