I sold this one a few months ago on Ebay.

A LePhare diver from the 70‘s. A brand mainly recognized for their Pocketwatches. Cool color scheme and it was supposed to be waterproof up to 3000ft 😲.

Funny how things turn out sometimes without trying. Took a picture of my small collection of random divers tonight and I have two with square second hands and two with lollipop second hands. Crazier yet is that of the four watches each second hand is a different color - one red, one, blue, one white, and one silver.

I have a soft spot for the early 90s Glashutte divers as they have reliable and easy to fix ETA movements, are a nice size, and were made by some of the now well known Glashutte brands. They make great daily wearers.

So when a defective Glashutte popped up on a buy-it-now I had to pounce. I suspect the bezel insert is incorrect but everything else looks good, and hopefully my local watchmaker can get it running again without too much trouble. Pictured here next to a Union Glashutte brother.

These 67- 5776’s are pretty obscure: very trusty and perfect sized vintage divers (I have more versions )

I got this watch (currently not running).

It´s uncommon because it has no bezel but it´s called "Aquamatica" 😀

Well how about that 😲

The Glashutte ones are reasonably common but you don’t see the Union ones too often. Can I ask where you found it ?

And this just arrived this morning. Built like a tank. A small tank that is... 30mm !

And at the price I paid it’s less than $1 per millimeter 😁
