··Ash @ ΩFI've always sort of imagined a lot of the perceived break in is related to how its used, the timekeeping on my SMPC when I first got it was not as consistent as it was about 3 months later, but then for that first three months I was taking it off and leaving it on the desk in different positions for extended periods for fear of scratching it while using my computer during the workday.
Later on I just wore it and didn't bother which is around the time it seemed to settle down, probably because it was on my wrist rather than sitting either crown up crown down or dial up for 8 hours in the middle of the day.
In a similar way whenever I buy a new iPhone the battery never lasts a day in the first two weeks as I'm always playing with it, after that it nearly doubles as I start using it normally.
That's more a case of new owner break-in though rather than watch break-in.
