When I first looked at the picture of the watch in your post I figured it's got a nice look, bracelet, and probably has a Swiss movement. Figured for a couple hundred bucks one can't go wrong.
When I seen the price was over $3000 I assumed it was by the dozen.

路Just putting this here for information if anyone lands here searching for info on Stepan鈥檚 work. No disrespect to OP and his views.
I bought this perhaps 10 years back and I thought it then reasonably priced for a unique look from a talented designer/watchmaker.
This is the K2 Korona and rather uncomplicated compared to his later designs. I enjoy the depth of the layered skeleton dial and cutaway date.
To the OP, I also like the SUF designs.馃榾
