No details on this watch. Is it real or fake?

I've posted a few watches asking this forum if the watches are authentic because I'm new to pre-owned watched myself.

Of the times I've posted, NEVER has anyone been rude or sarcastic. Only helpful.

Noone cares about your comments. Lol.
3318 do. Probably a lot more don't.
Anyway, the cat is snoring so I have to go and kick her.

All the comments and messages I received basically condisending me, saying I must've known its fake, because Obviously it's fake. Po

Thanks everyone who commented without sarcasm. I honestly never would've known the spelling was off or the design was wrong. Just know, there's nicer ways to suggest that there's obvious fake pointers becos it's not so OBVIOUS to everyone as you EXPERTS suspect. Just feel slightly annoyed that I came here anyhow. Again thankyou to helpful commentary. And to the sarcastic, rude replies: you're super cool guy! Really what a cool person. Your so funny and sarcastic. What a guy.
Usually I feel bad when people get burned. In this case it may be well deserved. I think you can get a good deal on a Daytona in Australia maybe make up for this loss

Up in Central Park,
And a lion-hunter
In the jungle dark,
And a Chinese dentist,
And a British queen--
All fit together
In the same machine.
Nice, nice, very nice;
Nice, nice, very nice;
Nice, nice, very nice--
So many different people
In the same device.

Sure.

Hey,

You've demonstrated well that you can stick up for yourself. So if you use that energy and take the advice and go to the auction house demanding recompense for them selling you illegal contraband (which this watch is in any jurisdiction) at a price which indicated it was genuine (was it advertised/listed as "Omega"?). Can you please let us know how you got on?

You may feel your welcome here was sour, but I think after a period of reflection you might agree that this could still be a learning opportunity for all of us.

How will the auction house respond? We'd be curious to know.

D

With all the comments about middle-aged men (which @Dilbreen apparently thinks is an insult), I guess that @Dilbreen must be a millennial. According to Google, millennials are notoriously thin-skinned, which fits, since he read jokes about the watch and took them personally.

Anyway, all of this could have been avoided if @Dilbreen had simply purchased the upgraded OF membership from the start, in order to receive the polite responses. Unfortunately, the free membership just comes with the standard rude comments.

Darn.
I bought a replica membership from omegaforums.net.cn. They assured me it was authentic and even threw in a free* Invicta!

I dont know... I would imagine a millennial would have been more forum savvy and figure out how to post a bit easier. I think this might be a middle-aged man who is just projecting.

I’m not sure where you’re physically located but if I can offer some advice...

if this were sold in the U.S. via a police auction I think you might have some recourse. The item itself is an illegal IP violation and although it was sold “as is” the police are not permitted to promulgate the sale of illegal items anymore than they could sell you confiscated heroin. The item should be destroyed and not resold. You should return it and get your money back. If they refuse I would go to the City/County/State attorneys office and explain how you purchased counterfeit items from a police auction and want your money back.
