DEPLOYANT* YOU UNELITE SCUMBAG
OK thanks for letting me know. I didn't know anything about the watch at all. I came here for friendly advice after being directed here and was met with a sarcastic bunch of rude wankers. I appreciate the helpful comments. However, being so rude in your little elite group is actually distasteful and just YUCK. Middle aged men posting like your on a Facebook gossip group. JUST CONSIDER YOUR RUDE WORDS. I genuinely have no clue about watches but after joining the group I'm glad to say I still know nothing. Fantastic.
I can understand how some people could take a curt response as "rude", when someone asks- "how do I look in these jeans" and the response is "fat"- you're gonna hurt some feelings. But if you're asking the question in the first place, be prepared for a blunt answer that you may not want to hear.
This is not the first time that someone in the poster’s position has taken exception simply because what they read in the replies, was not what they wanted to read! Even a person who knows nothing about watches should have seen the very noticeable clues that it was a fake. Too bad!
That'd rude. As I've SAID MANY TIMES I have no Clue what's real or not. What's definite tho is a bunch of dickheads thinking passive aggressive replies are nessacary. Maybe you'll consider that not everyone has knowledge on what's "obviously" fake. This group forum is actually so pretentious it's disgusting.
I read through the posts three times looking for all the rude words the “rude wankers” used and the only person I could find saying anything distasteful was you.
You asked for free advice - you received several honest answers and some suggestions on how to return it. What else did you possibly expect to receive?
Yeah, tell this to my wife!
OP: I didn't notice anyone being rude to you. If you're offended by sarcasm, the internet may not be the place for you. Every time I've posted a new thread on OF I've been met with nothing but kindness and people trying to help. That being said, I do follow some personal guidelines if help is needed because that helps others assist me with my question.

Thanks everyone who commented without sarcasm. I honestly never would've known the spelling was off or the design was wrong. Just know, there's nicer ways to suggest that there's obvious fake pointers becos it's not so OBVIOUS to everyone as you EXPERTS suspect. Just feel slightly annoyed that I came here anyhow. Again thankyou to helpful commentary. And to the sarcastic, rude replies: you're super cool guy! Really what a cool person. Your so funny and sarcastic. What a guy.

Omega Forums is a gathering place for collectors. OF is also often misinterpreted to be a free valuation and/ or validation service -- which it is not. That being said, many of the knowledgeable members here do actually answer questions for those who drop in an want to know (after purchase!) if a watch is okay.
