·This is what it looked like on Ebay when I bid (of course I was the only one and I got it for a pittance):
Below is what arrived this morning.
Turns out a crappy piece of tape was holding the crystal, which is loose and had old tape glue all over it.
The watch sets and winds but does not run. I hope it can be repaired.
Sorry, the I phone pics aren't so good --what a pretty dial though.
It's the tiniest of watches.
Comparison with a similarly styled Longines:
Sizes!! Even the micro six-notch Longines looks big in comparison!
I thought this watch deserved to be saved if at all possible….
impatiently waiting for watchmakers to return from vacation and get it looked at.
If anyone knows anything about tiny UG calibers of that era, I'm a taker.
