New to the brand and need some help

Greetings guys and girls. I stumbled upon this good looking chrono, but do not know enough to pull the trigger. Appears to be from the 30s by case number. Dial looks ok to my eye, not refinished, may be porcelain, judging by the way it is aging. Any concerns from more experienced folks? Thx. Adi

First off the description is inconsistent. The listing at the top says it is from the 1920's which is before the name Universal Geneve was even used. Down below, it more reasonably states the watch is from the 1940's. On a cursory view, it looks OK, but others may be able to offer a view and back it up more than I can to say yay or nay as to whether this is worth pursuing.
