New strap for my Hanhart 417

Been thinking of getting a bund type strap like Steve McQueen had on his. Saw this one that looked similar to it. So, ordered one from Joseph Bonnie a company in France their customer service was great. It has the vintage style with stitching that some strap makers skip and not thick leather that was never used in the 1960's so thought this would be more original and a dissent well-made buckle.


Well, made and fits the watch great. Almost look like the original straps in Konrads book. Has this forum ever thought of a strap and bracelet section when a lot of vintage watches don't come with the original braclet or straps a strap section would give us ideas on some of the stuff made today for vintage watches that would look right.

What's wrong with it if it was cool for Steve McQueen, it's still cool now.
