Where's Kringkily when you need him... George put mine aside thanks mate...

And I'll take the right one (vintage patina lume and thin bezel) 馃榾

There are TWO versions of this watch that are quite different, I don't quite know whether one is an earlier prototype and the other is production, or if they are both being produced but the one on the right is definitely the cooler of the two IMHO

Maybe one is the "modern" and one is the "vintage" styled SM300? The one on the right is the version in ALL the Omega official material so you would assume its the one they'll be selling, and if it is, I want one!

The one on the left looks like a fake version!

Couple more shots, the Calibre 8400 Non-Date Master Co-Axial Movement through the displayback, and the bezel of the cooler version:

There's another video with some more SM300 footage at the end of it too:

More shots of the colour difference between blue and black SM300s, but ALSO there's this watch in the next picture, with 000/357 on the dial, a solid PT850 Platinum Seamaster 300 Limited Edition:

...and they will. They're fabulous. If the bezel was a bit thinner then even I'd be tempted 馃槦

Best looking modern Omega? Might be, even better than the Speedy 1861.

Looks stunning and I'm getting tempted more and more each time I see it. I must be one if the grumpy old men though as I would prefer the option of a metal case back (btw, I'm only 31!). Even if it it will mostly be worn in a office, restaurant etc, It's still a tool watch no?

That it is, but now that they've gone to the anti-magnetic 15K+ Gauss movements they don't need to even bother about shielding their movements, and hey certainly do look look to show off 馃榾
