To be honest, they are rarely sold serviced. But you can easily do your own research to determine the value of a typical unserviced example. Check SOLD items on eBay using the advanced search, and also check the Private Sales forum on this site.

About $390 + the cost of a service.
Servicing rarely adds additional value to vintage watches. In fact you often don't recoup service costs.
