Bah... I like everything that serves a purpose. I've got a few Leatherman's, but right now I'm looking at a Benchmade knife to EDC.

Those are definitely contenders. I've looked into Spyderco a few times but was never really falling in love with any models.

Lately I've been eyeing a Benchmade Bailout. I've carried the 1102-2 pen for 15 years and it gives me a solid quality feel. So I guess the blades are as good, right?

Any great tips for sharpening a pocket knife the right way? I'll admit it something I never really did (since I had a pretty ordinary Schrade from maybe 20 years ago or box cutters usually).
