Need to confirm authenticity

Hello everyone, I just purchased this omega but I’m not sure about the model nor the year of manufacturing. I went through some other forums and it seems to be dated between 1920-23 based on movement and case SN. I believe it to be a 23.7 but I’m not sure.
I also would like if someone can confirm the authenticity based on the pictures. Thank you in advance!

Hi,

The pics are not the best, but everything looks good, except the second hand, which is a replacement or is broken. Not sure about the crown, but it looks genuine. The movement looks like a cal. 23.7 indeed, but a front image would help. I cannot see the small hallmarks on the inner part of the case.
