Need ID on 60's Constellation

Trying to ID a watch of my fathers that was swiped out of a car about 40 years ago. Found pics on eBay that look exact. Would be extremely helpful to learn a ref # so I can begin the process of research and acquisition.

Modelnumber 168.004 or 168.010.
