Need helping finding a case back for this watch

Hi I recently bought this watch used and am having a very hard time determining what type of omega it even is. It's a 491 movement and the serial number is 15214565. From that info I was able to determine it was from 1956. Case back is missing so I can not use that as a reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any case back that fits would do. I am trying to repair and wear this watch does not need to be OG case back

Maybe try a low dome crystal. Touch wider than inside diameter. Lot cheaper than trying to find a case back that fits

I came across this clear back, it has a calibre 565 in it. I can only seem to find similar options with a cal 560.

Does anyone know if they came with a cal 565, or has this one been...
