When you say won do you mean in a competition or were you merely the highest bidder?

In a lucky draw

Seeing current prices for solid 18k and diamonds Aqua Terras, you're looking at almost $30k from a "lucky draw". Must be legit.

Thank you for the info, I was told retail price was $40k when I collected it, not sure about price 18 years later.

If you check the Omega website you will find current gold watches and prices. If you check eBay, chrono24 etc you will find what they are selling for. Somewhere about there will be your valuation.

If you know the reference numbers. That would help in searching for the models

Womans will sell much faster than the mens

Mens model just too blingy. MOP, diamonds and gold. Maybe good for that young aspiring gangster

Google that reference number, and you’ll find a little more information.

I found this dealer that sold this reference and kept the price intact. It sold for €9,650

So on this kind of model I’d assume a private sale will be 50-75% of dealer price.

If you search on

Omega women's Seamaster Aqua Terra Yellow Gold MOP Diamonds you can find a number of the woman's models

One place listed retail at $19500 and one place sold for around $12,900

As I said. Woman's will sell faster as it's also jewelry and women like bling

Men's has more gold, but too much bling and not something 99% of men would wear. Can sell or maybe try a trade in for a watch you might like more

Just a thought, this men's watch might look great with a swapped dial and bezel. You could store the originals and wear the watch.

Free advice from a stranger on the internet -- Priceless!

(I'm actually being serious. It could look great.)

The Aqua Terra cal 2500 is a very popular watch at 36 mm diameter and very good movement. Its a great watch not just bling. Are you considering keeping it? I have the later version cal 8500 in SS which is a great daily wear watch. This pair would be statement dress watches for you and Mrs Godslayer for a dressy formal occasion.

May I know if I am planning to sell in as a pair in Singapore, where will be the best place to sell it?

I suggest taking the watches to one of the watch shops in Far East Plaza and selling it on consignment.

If you offer it to dealers for cash, they will give you peanuts...
