Help with valuation of a vintage skin-diver

Before anyone says it, I know these things are always subjective, but I still wanted to tap the collective wisdom. So, here we have a very obscure diver, hand-wound, and low depth rating (20 Atmos), but it's a beautiful dial and bezel, and NOS. 35mm. No service history available, but all orginal and unrevised. Seller wants £420, which seems quite high to me. I'd say market is closer to £250. What say we all?

Yep she is a beauty but bear in mind the vintage skin divers we have been getting in practically NOS condition from the Philippines are selling for about the same price for three of them.
