Okay,
here is the deal. Local Jewelry store sent my watch to Dallas service center who has now had my watch for 3 months. They are saying no gaskets to perform a basic service. It just feels off to me. Can anyone add insight here. thank you.

I once had an AP hung up at the service center waiting on a certain gasket. There are many gaskets that Omega uses, take them at their word, the one for your watch is on backorder.

I don't see why they would lie, but what does it matter? How will it change things if some stranger on Omegaforums tells you that the gasket shortage is true or false? Either wait for your watch, or ask them to send it back. Those are your choices.

Yeah, I agree - why wouldn’t you trust the service center. I had to wait several weeks for parts for my car last year. I’m sure the supply chain issues have affected Omega as well. You will just have to be patient.

Geez guys... I feel like this post has been derailed. Assuming this that this is a honesty issue is off course. I just got off the phone with Omega. They confirmed for my model using my serial number that all parts for basic or full service are in stock and gave me a 4 week turn-around time. So I will be calling the service center to request my watch and send directly to Omega service. Done and done.

I don't understand, wasn't it already at an Omega service center?
