Need help with Longines 30CH ref 5967

Hello, what do you think about this one? I have two concerns: the hour and minute hands are two long and the font used to count the minutes doesn't look like others with the same ref. Do you think the hands were replaced and the dial repainted? Thanks!

Definite (incorrect) hand replacement, and likely redial (bigger, better photos would help with assessing).

No way should the minute hand be the long, etc.

The one that I owned, sold on this forum, also had a long second hand, but you can see the correct minute and hour hands, and much finer sub-dial design and printing (like Larry's above):

Definitely a redial, and not a good one. The sub-dial designs are not correct. The case has been heavily polished, as well. The lugs should have a sharp facet. I made a thread about this reference here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/longines-30ch-reference-5967.118098/
