Need help IDing a watch.

While browsing a local (russian) Craigslist-type website I've found a listing for a "1947-1949 Omega".
Seller says that the watch runs, and the movement was serviced, but I will try and check it out in person.

The movement looks like a 23.4SC and the s/n says that it's from 1947.


Is this watch authentic? The price seems too good to be true (<150$)for a 75 year old Swiss watch, but I'm not that well-versed in vintage watch pricing.

Looking at the dial though, I think you have to ask yourself whether your $150 or whatever would be happier doing something else. Sorry to be blunt.

It’s in terrible condition. Not worth buying at almost any price unless there is a specific part you need. Although I’m not even sure what parts are worth saving.
