Need help identifying inherited Omega Constellation Gold

That lug looks steel to me, and I see the edge changing color
Pretty sure that is the lighting.

On the "C" case Constellations, the ones with the brickwork on the observatory are gold-capped and the ones without are solid gold (either 18K or 14K).

The back is all gold. The only method to find out if the dial is 18k is to have it opened, am I right?

Pics (high res.....) of the hallmarks of OP's watch will solve this
As will pics of the dail. Doesn't look gold to me, might be the lightning and/or the wooden surface that makes everything yellow
