Need help for a possible purchase

Hi everyone,

I came across this vintage (military?) Omega but there are a few things that don't add up. I did some research online and here are my observations:
- I did not find a model with this type of hour & minute hands (are they correct or changed?)
- I'm not sure the crown is the original one
- the caseback is from another Omega? The reference number is 14391-61

Please excuse the quality of the photos but this is what I have to work with for now.







Please let me know your thoughts and if you notice anything else that might not be in order.
Should I buy it or stay away?
