Need advice on this 3572.50 hesalite sandwich

It looked like luminova to me. To be honest when I had a new 1861 next to it I couldn’t really tell a difference between the dials.

It's very easy to tell the difference. Tritium has a "T" next to "Swiss Made"

Yea I saw that one...no service history but says keeps good time at +32spd! Ugh...

I think this watch (providing everything else checks out) would still be cheaper than the one you are looking at after factoring in service costs to both watches.

I am planning to bring up some of the things that I have learned since starting this thread, with the owner of the store. Maybe they will reconsider the pricing or throw in a service. They do have an Omega certified watchmaker on staff.
Looking on chrono24 right now, there are no 3572.50 in the US and the prices for ones available around the world are pretty high too.
At any rate I am not completely sold on it yet and still considering other options like a 1861 or 3861.
