Moonrise through the North Window arch at Arches National Park. You can also spot Jupiter in the bottom left of the arch.

Nature is so cool was able to catch this bug lighting up. I don’t remember them being green when I caught them as a kid.

This little chap was not a hive of activity on our potato plant, but we still Bee-lieved he could make it. After bringing him in out of the sun and rendering some Bee TLC and playing him some Bee- Bee- King, he was soon buzzing. He was released after the last picture and flew off making a Bee-line for home maybe?

Green tree frog.
He's green and a frog but I've yet to see him in a tree.
Cuter but much rarer than the imported (to Queensland) cane toads that have made their way across to here in the Northern Territory.

We have this small window in the front of the house, and the birds love to make nests on the ledge under it. Since we get deliveries all the time, they often abandon the nest part way through construction. We've tried to discourage building there, so my wife put some white candles there to sort of block the ledge, but they built right on top of those.

So, a Robin took over the partially made nest thing spring that some other bird had started, so she finished it, and we have two small ones inside:

Took this while she was out foraging for food. We have a stained glass panel on the inside of the window, but we can often see her silhouette through it while she feeds them.

We are now empty nesters...

They have all left...usually when this happens we see them hanging around not too far away, but we haven't seen them the last couple of days.

Came across a pair of Polyphemus Moths the other day on the grass. Looked like they might be gettin' it on...
