Dear friends, I address the experts among you:
I own a ROLEX OYSTER PRECISION Ref. 6426 34mm
Dial 3-6-9-t swiss t
serial number 2.01X.XXX
According to the online tables it is dated 1969.
The number 7762 is stamped on the mechanism.
I searched online for references to this caliber and couldn't find them.
Am I looking the wrong way?
Can anyone help me figure out what caliber this is?

I attach photos and thank you for your help

The caliber of this movement is cal. 1225. Pretty standard Rolex manual winding movement that they made for a long, long time.

More information is available here:

The four-digit number is actually a serial number. Probably used internally at Rolex to keep track of the movement or match up parts. We don’t know for sure because Rolex has never published or shared serial number lists.

However, there are other cal. 1225 Rolex movements that have serial numbers:

Hope this helps,
