My speedy collection

Sold my Holy Grail 376.0822 last year to a very nice guy in New York, It's always in flux my collection but I have "keepers", I just like the chase of finding evermore fantastic watches. I don't go for perfection... just go with what I like and is fun Hope you enjoy, Ade

The thing is, it's not spending money, it's putting it into a good quality watch they don't loose money really, as long as you buy right. I usually research as much as I can to buy a watch, when it's in my hands and have owed it a while you become an expert on not only "that watch" but an expert buyer and one learns to filter out all the "flim flam" that goes with buying.. It's sometimes good to get the experience wrong, like buying a duffer or over paying.... as one never learns by getting things right all the time.

Very nice collection - the funny thing I find is that yesterday’s “grail” or “keeper” becomes tomorrow’s watch to sell as we find something more desirable. But I agree with you - part of the fun is the chase; finding the watch, doing the deal and of course marvelling at its beauty when it arrives home 😀

Agree with you that making mistakes is one of the quickest and best ways to learn -- but it doesn't look like you've made any mistakes here! Very nice collection! I like the very fresh looking flat link on your 145.022-69 -- is it an Omega bracelet?

It's an Uncle Seiko Flat Link I fitted an Omega clasp, looks amazing under electric lights.
