Excellent, you can clearly see here it’s the centre facet of the markers and not lume. Unusual for this period but the dial certainly looks completely correct on these close ups.

New Zealand only charges duty on products over $1000 so no duties were charged on this purchase.

·I would say check dial edge for indentation, but some say that’s not an indication of a redial. I say different.
