Congrats. The white looks very smart, especially with that dial texture. Do you feel it’s easier to read in all lights given that it looks to be a higher contrast than blue, black and the low contrast grey?
Its very clear but the lume is not as bright as the 20 year old gmt which is the only downside I can see at mo but maybe I need to go in the sun for a while

Very nice indeed. Those rubber straps are so comfortable too. Enjoy!
I thought the best rubber strap was on my tag aquaracer but this is equally as good if not better

Congrats! Bought the same watch today 😉

Beautiful watch! It looks great on the rubber strap as well if you're into that

I know, I ordered one. Had black version of the watch and preferred it on the rubber strap

It is a beautiful watch. I've had mine 7 days and it has gained 6 seconds which I'm very happy with. My only gripe is the lume is not as bright as on other watches in my opinion.

What a lovely watch. I think it just bumped the Seamaster 300 60th from top spot on my to-buy list.

What’s your date change tolerance on the watch? I got the same one and noticed it actually gained 10 seconds between 5 days and the date changes anytime between 12:50 to 1:10, maybe I’m missing something...

On the days I’ve stayed up and watched the date change the best has been midnight exactly and the worse has been 50 seconds past midnight. I’m quite happy with that.

From the Omega website

"OMEGA uses the quick date-change system, which starts to change the date at about 11.30 pm and comes to its end at 00.10 am. The date of the ending day can be seen in full until 11.50 pm. Between a period of 10 minutes before and after midnight, the calendar jumps and lets appear the date of the next day"

So if it really bothers you take it to an AD or send it in to Omega and see what they say.

If it only gained 10 seconds over 5 days that is not a big deal "mean daily rate" test for which a standard men's watch size mechanical movement, the watch must maintain an accuracy within -4 to +6 seconds of variation per day (that's +99.994% accuracy!).
