My late dad Omega watch

Vintage 1940s Jumbo Omega with stylised Arabic font - Dial/value check".
Can anyone give me more details about this watch. I have not taken the base off to check serial numbers or movement. I know the strap is not the original but he must have added it not long after he got it. I was very interested in the font as it’s very unusual. Thanks
