My burgeoning collection

It's all personal taste, but since you asked... the Cuervo Y Sobrinos is my least favorite: I don't like the mix of Roman and Arabic numbers, and the dial is very busy. I would also part with the speedy automatic, as I don't like the colours, and in addition I'm a traditionalist & a speedy should be wound. Instead, consider a gold dress watch (thin & simple) and a GMT.

As you say, it’s personal. I’ve never given a second thought to the mix of Arabic and Roman on the C & Y. The lugs are amazing to my eye. And the silver dial on the Speedmaster, again to my eye, makes it stand out.

that’s the fun of it....it’s all the eye of the beholder....entirely subjective!

Seriously, the Breitling is easily the best looking. Interesting no-one has mentioned the Cuervo Y Sobrinos.
I really like it apart the mix of rumans and arabics as stated

California dial actually something I like, not seen one with a bezel before tbh. Id swap out the speedy auto for a manual too though.

Looks like a very solid collection👍 Personnaly I would swap the speedmaster automatic for a moonwatch if I had to change something.

thanks all for the suggestions. So which “moonwatch” would you recommend (there’s more than a few to choose from!)?

And the silver dial on the Speedmaster, again to my eye, makes it stand out.
I'll never buy another watch that has a shiny silver dial most especially if it has silver hands as well.
The glare of my 60's Caravel silver sunburst dial gives me headaches and its RCH thin second hand gets lost in the glare completely.
A shame because this little watch is keeping time to + 1-2 seconds in 24 hours with no apparent positional variation.

It’s getting addictive....

out of curiosity...if one had to go, which one?

....and what should I add?
If you can afford to let none go, then I'd keep them, but only if they all make it regularly into the rotation.
I'd go wether with a standard moonwatch or and/dress watch if this is something you might wear.

Hi!
A very nice collection!
All nice pieces!
The only one I, personally would switch out is the Rolex!
They are good quality watches but, just not my brand!
Instead of of that I’d look for a nice dress watch, and/or something vintage.

Also additionally some nice leather straps for to switch sometimes with the bracelets!
I am sure e.g. the Speedmaster will look gorgeous on a leather strap!

P.S. the discussion about the Speedmaster Automatic and the Professional...
They are 2 completely different watches!
The one is a sports watch the other is the moon watch!
Same for the Racing- and the Mark model Speedmaster!
Each stands for itself, in its own right!
They are all fantastic watches!

It depends on what you prefer. You could go vintage or new. The new 3861 seems like a great option but personally I prefer the 1861 hesalite (maybe cause I own one😜)

I don't care for the Cuervo at all. IMO the Breitling is better looking than the Sub. I realize the Sub is more highly regarded (and worth $$$), so with that in mind I would sell it and the Speedy, buy a proper dress watch and another version of the Speedy (something a bit more traditional).

The one I have is the outgoing reference 311.30.42.30.01.005 but the 3570.50 is about the same (apart the bracelet screws). If you want to go vintage it depends on the budjet of course.
