·Those are some seriously wordy emails from "PayPal". Remove a couple commas and it's basically the same over-explaining that he is doing. I bet he has a hand in writing them...

Terry:
the time i deposited funds to your account,you will need to include the proof of postage, sometime like the shipment tracking number or the postage receipt and once paypal receive the proof of postage from you, they will release the funds to your account and complete the transaction then you will be able to withdraw the money from your paypal account to your paypal account and you are going to send me the postage receipt too..
Thanks & Regards Forward It To My Paypal Now and Send Me The Postage Receipt Now..
