I love it, do you have a pic of the 'adjusted' markings on the movement?
No I don't have that picture is it important enough to verify ?

Need to see it with the rotor on the other side. You want to verify the automatic bridge shows the original 'adjusted' text.

I'm not the expert, just going off what Omega Enthusiast recommends:

Marked temperature, so the bridge is correct.

You think that you can get better omegas at this price point?

Do you want to have a watch with that kind of dial damage? 😉

I wouldn't...

Not easy to find a very good pie pan Conni for 1300 USD so either

- buy second best
- be patient and lucky
- pay more
- buy a domed dial conni (or no Conni at all)

You decide!

I don't think that dial damage is all that bad. As the first picture illustrates the watch looks pretty darned good on the wrist. Close-up pictures don't usually flatter too many watches regardless of condition but that's not how they present in the real world. I think $1300 is a fairly good deal on that honest looking pie pan 👍

I agree, and given that some OF members have, enjoy and actually wear dials that are variously described as ‘creme brûlée' or 'pepperoni pizza patinated', this dial, by comparison is not at all bad.

I also reckon that @X350 XJR is red-hot on movements and, although it’s only a single partial movement shot, he’s found nothing to complain about (no offence intended), and the hands and crown seem okay and the case hasn’t been polished to oblivion, so then $1300 seems a reasonable gamble.

I have a very nice Creme Brulee Seamaster myself which I love. So no problem with patina on my side.

But the OPs watch has no patina, the dial itself is clean. A damaged laquer layer with a clean dial just doesn't match.

Just my two cents 😉
