LumiBright on new Seiko a bitter disappointment

New Seiko 5 came in today. Sat that bad boy in the window in the direct sun for hours this afternoon. Lume was bright for a bit…and completely dark in less than a couple of hours. Anyone else have this experience? Is Superluminova better? If so, I may have to sell this one.

That’s about my experience with Super Luminova. Very bright initially but dies down pretty fast. Will still have some glow if it’s pitch black. Sounds normal to me.

Seiko is generally better then Super Luminova, which to me is not that amazing.
