Yes you're right Chris, I could.
I guess I just don't like and avoid professional seller that hide stuff (in watch or for anything by the way) and especially when I'm not able to directly makes the difference.
And more specifically about Lorologiese, I do like a lot of watches they are advertising and publishing but if they disguise the truth on one, how can I tell they don't do it for the other ones I'm looking at now or later on.
I have had one bad experience with a professional dealer before and for me that was enough to keep away of those type of transaction. Lose/Lose at the end IMO.
Having said that I'll keep learning things on UG (and some other brand) here in OF which is a much better, safer and warmer place 😀
Gosh, I don't think that dial is "tired" at all. Mine is positively battered by comparison! At the time I thought it was in decent shape... since humbled.

Your dial is real. The subject watch is suspect. That fuzzy blue grey strap however is not complimentary to the dial IMO.
You're not wrong about the strap. A little narrow too.
This thread is remarkably insightful. I mean the amount of detail in here about dial variations, nuances and serial no ranges is incredible.
I only read this because I came across another pristine looking Medico compax from the same seller (Lorologiese) which I was strongly considering but now, I am not so sure.
For reference, here is the picture and the serial no range is also not in line with what is discussed 110xxxx for the reference 224108 (which is a uni-compax reference, not a medico compax, as per the Sala book).
