Looking for Original Omega Lunar Module Dealer Display Watch

Hello everyone,

My name is Christoph and I am a Speedmaster collector from Germany.

I recently acquired an original Omega Speedmaster dealer display featuring the Apollo Lunar Module. The display is original and in excellent condition, but unfortunately it is missing two original parts:

  • the metal watch holder
  • the small stainless steel Omega plaque

I have attached several photos of my display.

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could:

  • provide detailed photos of the original watch holder,
  • provide measurements,
  • tell me how it is mounted,
  • or even better, offer an original watch holder or plaque for sale.

I understand these parts are exceptionally rare, but I hope someone in this amazing community may have information or own a complete display.

I have been told that member @hansmaulwurf has an outstanding collection of original Omega dealer displays, so I would especially appreciate any advice or information.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Best regards,

Christoph

There is the metal color hole bottom right on your last picture which looks like it takes the pin from a watch stand C shaped holder. Check ebay for OMEGA watch display stand , and you see them. The C holder can be taken out of the base i think so check with the seller about that and size of that pin.
But where is half the leg of the astronaut ?

I am not sure your model had the Omega sign ? maybe you mean this one from @hansmaulwurf with Lunar Rover model ? I doubt this will ever show up seperately but maybe you can find a similair window sign again from ebay ?

Hi Ron, thank you very much for the information. I will check it on eBay. Yeah where is the half leg of the astronaut. I don’t know, that some how broke somewhere. I don’t know. I got this display from a German Omega dealer who just retired and had this in stock. It’s an original Omega display.

If the scale is 1/24 there must be some astronaut figures in the same scale, maybe you can use one to scalp a leg and paint it ?
Good hunting !
