·The wristwatch is a f300 tuning fork watch which uses technology liscened from Accutron. You need a tuning fork specialist, of which there are very few. I sent mine to Rob B. in Thailand from the US. He is very good and reasonably priced.

·FWIW, Omega's restoration service can restore cracked and chipped enamel dials to the point the repair is invisible, but they are expensive - very expensive. If all you want it to see that PW running again, any decent watchmaker that works on pocket watches will achieve that goal.
