One of my favourites (first time I set eyes on an omega - it was mesmerising, although I bought another .. my first omega - 2220.80.00 there and then .... went on to buy other omegas and it took another 13 years before I saw another new MTM at AD on my Wife’s birthday and grabbed it that time ! Same AD which successfully secured for me the A11 A50).
Here is a photo of it in space with a Japanese astronaut high resolution is in the link https://spaceflight.nasa.gov/gallery/images/shuttle/sts-114/hires/s114e6989.jpg , Low res photo I enclosed below:
And of course a big article on it from Fratello https://www.fratellowatches.com/from-the-moon-to-mars-numbered-edition/
Finally my own but which I couldn’t possibly release

Nice piece but a shame the sub dial images are so heavily pixellated, needed to be higher definition.
The dial suffers from fading over time

There's still one in the window of a local dealer near me, but at £5.5K it might be sitting there for a bit longer.
