I bought this one mainly because I liked the lugs(even though dinged/dented/scratched) and I loved the hands too. Dial will probably go through a cleaning attempt when I find the time to try

That's a classic JLC model called "etrier", also made jointly with Hermes. (And it does share some features with another classic Hermes model called "Cape Cod")
