·This is a Longines military style watch. I purchased this watch sometime around 2004 or so. I wore it for about a year and kept it away. Given that it was on a Speidel bracelet I always thought that I may have been the second owner but not sure.
Case: The case is 31mm across without crown. It has some light scratches that you would expect with careful wear.
Crystal: The crystal is in serviceable condition.
Movement: The movement I believe is a 10.68zs/10LS. It runs for at least 24 hours and appears to be about a minute fast.
Dial and Hands: The dial is silvered. It some patina dots that are even across the surface. The dial has luminous markers (now orange) in a squared off font. Even the 5 minute markers have this font. It also has 24 hour indicators in red. Overall, the dial is in solid condition. The hands are in overall good condition and have the same orange colored luminous compound.
Crown: The crown is not signed but I believe it to be original.
Strap and buckle: The bracelet says Speidel USA and has some of the black inserts missing. It fits a 6.5 inch wrist comfortably.
Price: I really don't have a clue how to price this since Longines military watches seem to vary so widely in price depending on many factors that I don't quite understand. I am pricing based on style, condition and size (diameter) 500 USD (or best reasonable offer) including shipping to the Continental US with USPS insured. International shipping a few dollars extra. The watch is in Los Angeles.
Note: I will post another Longines military dial tomorrow or Friday for those interested.
I purchased a watch recently where the seller provided the watch at a fraction of the retail value and included a very expensive service. I would like to pay it forward. If you are interested in any of the watches I have for sale, please do make me an offer that works for you - I will do my best to accommodate.
